CPAD “Transition to Adult Services” workshop parent speaker, Stella Chow, will share her experience on transition, including how she began working on her son’s transition from high school to post-educational services. She will also conduct a question and answer section regarding transitional services.

Presentation topics will cover Transition Plan; IEP Meeting (Post education; Workability I, II and III); California Foundation for Independent Living Centers (ILCS) ; Limited Conservatorship .............
