Topics to be discussed are:  Making iteasy for your loved ones to take are of your affairs after you pass away, avoiding probate, the long and expensive process where the court getsinvolved in distributing your estate and assets, providing for children with special needs in a way that will safeguard their eligibility for government benefit ..... etc.
