This conference is dedicated to Parents, Foster Parents, Guardians and Professionals who work with young adults with special needs and have an IEP or 504 Plan from ages 14-22. Secondary transition is a time of great change and opportunity as youth prepare for their adult lives in the areas of employment, education, training, and independent living.
